My Path

My love for working with people started in high school with an after-school job as a waitress at The Magic Pan.  On any given shift, I looked forward to hearing the stories from all the different people I met from so many walks of life.

After college and graduate school, my career path led me to work with the International Education Institute, Wheaton College and later at Elderhostel (now Road Scholar) as an in-house trainer. It was there that I became a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator facilitator.

When I Found My Own Spark

This became the perfect springboard for me to jump into career counseling, where I was able to get to know people on a much deeper level. My passion for helping individuals led me to become a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths coach and implement the Strengths-based coaching approach with my clients.

How I Bring it all Together for You

Focusing on each person’s unique strengths, I guide people toward identifying and achieving their career and life goals through coaching and developmental programming. Whether working with individuals or in team building, I encourage clients to lean into their “Eureka!” moments, shifting the paradigms around exploration, and re-imagine their goal setting. My passion for this work truly helps my clients identify and achieve their dreams.
